Q. I am looking for a particular product and don't see it on your site. Can I still order it from McConkey?
A. Please contact us to inquire about non-stock items. The items shown on our site are all the products that we stock, but we can work with you to get you any additional products you need. Minimums may apply depending on product.

A. Your Customer Number is located on all invoices, in the Bill To area.
Taxes
Q. I hold a current Washington Resellers Permit. Do I need to pay state sales tax on orders from McConkey?
A. No. If McConkey has your valid resellers permit on file .
Shipping
Q. Do you ship to my area?
A. We can ship cases and pallets anywhere in the US and Canada via FedEx, UPS, McConkey truck, or LTL freight. Please see our policies page for more information.
A. UPS small package delivery is unable to ship anything over 150 lbs, or rolls of ground cover over 6'. Any orders containing one of these items must be shipped via McConkey truck or LTL. Minimums apply.
